The Netherlands Floristry Tour - Holland
Throughout the year
Consolidate the knowledge that has been absorbed on a course by visiting Holland to see it all in action at the Flower Auctions, wholesalers and growers. Enhance this tour by including a ‘hands-on’ workshop or other specific events and sights of interest.
We regularly organise Educational Study Tours that can be easily tailored to your college's own needs. The 2, 3 or 4 days tours can travel via North Sea Ferry, Eurotunnel or flights if you prefer. The tours include visits to the Flower Auction at Naaldwijk or Aalsmeer, and a guided visit to a grower and a wholesaler. They can be tailored to have additional visits of interest to Keukenhof Gardens or the Floating Flower Markets in Amsterdam or other places of interest. Tours via the EuroTunnel or Zeebrugge may also take in a visit to Bruges en-route home.
We are happy to arrange an evening meal, for a supplement, at the hotel or a local restaurant for any of the nights of your stay, payment may be on an individual or group basis.
We pride ourselves on our flexibility to tailor the tours to your specific needs. As a result, the group tour can be any combination of days, and depart on any day of your choice. If you are a group the pick up points are of your choice or for ease, from your college. As an individual we will try to pick you up from a destination of your choice along the route. The hotels we use are always 3 or 4 star and all have been visited by us to ensure we deliver the standard we promise. If you are on a really tight budget we can always look at other hotel accommodation.
